The Russian project of a new trimaran frigate, capable of combat engagement even during the storm weather. Its electric propulsion units, powered by onboard battery energy storage systems, are placed in separate outer hulls, which not only increases the ship’s stability but also provides high speed. The enlarged deck area in the central section allows accommodation of up to two helicopters.
