Submitting a request to Technical Support
To contact the Modern Warships support team, follow these steps:
Step 1. Open the support request form:
- Go to the game settings.
- Navigate to the «Community» section.
- Click the «Support» button.
After clicking the button, you’ll be redirected to the website support.gaijin.net.
Step 2. Fill out the request form:
- Provide the email address where you’d like to receive a reply from support.
- Select the request category.
- Enter your in‑game nickname.
- Copy and paste your in‑game ID.
- Write the subject of your request (for example: “Item not delivered after purchase”).
- Describe your issue in detail (for example: “I purchased a VIP Battlepass, the payment was processed, but nothing was credited to my account”).
- If the issue is related to an in‑game transaction, attach a screenshot of the purchase receipt: to do this, click the blue text «Add file».
- Click the «Send» button — your request will be submitted to support.
What happens next:
- The support team will contact you via the provided email address within 1–3 business days.
- If the issue can be resolved, you’ll receive a corresponding message.
- If any difficulties arise, you can continue discussing the matter with support via email — without submitting a new request.
