Game modes
Game modes are a fundamental part of the gameplay experience. They may change depending on in-game events during specific time periods. Below is a detailed description of all available modes and their key features.
Team Deathmatch
The main mode, available at any time. Two teams of 5 players each compete against one another. The battle ends when one team is completely destroyed or after 10 minutes have passed.Playing in a squad of up to three players is allowed.
Squadron Wars
Similar to Team Battle, but participation is allowed only in squads of two or more players.
Custom Battles
One of the most popular modes among players, used for tournament matches or casual games between friends. No rewards are granted for victory; however, consumables are still deducted when used.
Players can select: map, ship class, tier, battle duration, number of players, battle time, and waiting time. Players can also invite others from chat by copying the game ID link and pasting it into the chat.
Additional settings include:
1. Enable/disable waiting timer
2. Allow/disallow tactical consumables
3. Disable enemy spectating
4. Enable tournament mode, which allows assigning a captain. The captain can set spawn positions for all team members.
Domination
This mode is available outside of seasonal events. Two teams of 5 players compete. The map features three capture points: A, B, and C. Capture begins when a player enters a capture zone. If players from both teams are present in the zone, the capture process is paused. Capture speed increases when two or more ships from the same team are inside the zone.
Each team starts with 500 points. Destroying an enemy ship deducts 20 points from the opposing team. Each player has 3 lives.
The battle ends when one team’s points reach zero or when all players with remaining lives are eliminated. Playing in a squad of up to three players is allowed.
Deathmatch
A free-for-all mode where every player fights against each other.
Destroying an opponent grants a consumable pack containing a repair kit and flares. The winner is the first player to score 10 points.Players can respawn after being destroyed and continue fighting.Kill — 2 points; Assist — 1 point.Squads are not available in this mode.
Ranked Mode
A competitive mode that allows players to progress through ranks.
Points are awarded for victories and deducted for defeats. In case of a draw, only players holding leading positions on the battle scoreboard receive points.
The journey begins with a qualification stage of 10 battles. After that, the system assigns a rank based on wins and losses.
A leaderboard is active in this mode, where players compete for top positions and rewards such as Artcoins and titles. The Top 100 players at the end of the season receive the title “Season Champion.”
For the first 10 ranked battles per day, players earn a “Rank Battle Coin” — the amount depends on individual performance. At the end of the season, players receive “Season Rank Coins” depending on the rank achieved.
These coins can be spent in the Ranked Shop on: rank protection, ships, equipment, cosmetics, and avatars. A special consumable, “Rank Protection,” is designed specifically for this mode. When activated, it guarantees that rank points will not be deducted in case of defeat.
Playing in a squad of up to three players is allowed. Not all ships are available in Ranked Mode. Only ships marked with a special “R” icon in their ship card can enter battle.
Escort (available during regular events)
Two teams participate in this mode, each with different objectives:
Escort: The main task is to ensure the safe delivery of ships (primarily tankers) to the final destination.Interception: Destroy the moving ships by any means before they reach their destination.
During the battle, three AI-controlled ships follow a fixed route marked in advance on the minimap, including several checkpoints.
Upon reaching a checkpoint, all equipment and consumables are restored and reloaded. After that, the escort team’s spawn point changes.
For each destroyed tanker, similar to reaching a checkpoint, weapons are restored. The escorted ships are equipped with air defense systems that work exclusively against ballistic missiles.
The escort team wins if at least one tanker reaches the port. The interception team wins if all tankers are destroyed. Players have unlimited respawns. Playing in a squad of up to three players is allowed.
Tandem Wars (available during regular events)
A mode for 4 teams of 2 players each.
The winning team is the first to reach 20 points or the team with the highest score when time runs out.Ship destruction — 2 points; Assist — 1 point.
Power-up containers periodically appear on the map, granting bonuses such as: +20% speed, smoke screen, and 50% ship durability restoration.
